Location excellent. Room generally clean however a sheet change was missed on the fold out couch with old used sheet in place, widely rectified by host. Well appointed amenities, comfortable beds, fold out bed mattress, not comfortable. Minimal crockery, not enough bowls for all guests, otherwise there was enough. No tea towel or dishwasher detergent/bricks supplied.
